Celebrate the 15th anniversary of the first US special education law. While signed into law on December 2, 1975. Special Education Day became an annual occurrence in 2005. It is a time to reflect and move forward. It's also a day to honor the progress and conduct a dialogue about the challenges people face, and consider reforms for the future of educating all children.
