Celebrated annually on February 20th, it is National Cherry Pie Day. This is a day for all cherry pie lovers to eat their favorite pie for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
It seems only right that people celebrate the cherry pie so close to Presidents Day as it is well known that there is a story of President George Washington and the cherry tree. It is also written that cherry pie was not only the favorite pie of George Washington but it was also the favorite of Queen Elizabeth I.
